ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the first friendly face residents and guests meet, delivering a polished, professional welcome and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. Most days youll manage the front entrance, support concierge operations, coordinate deliveries and taxis, and keep the lobby immaculate and secure. Youll balance warm hospitality with vigilant attention to safety and procedures.
