Johwa Hair & Living is looking for a creative and proactive Part‑Time Marketing Strategist to help grow our brand presence and attract new customers through engaging content and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a monthly content strategy for Johwas social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) * Plan, create, edit and publish engaging photo and video content that aligns with the brand * Source and coordinate for influencer campaigns * Source and coordinate hair model sessions * Work closely with the Marketing Lead/Overall Strategist to execute marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives * Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach * Stay updated on social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas relevant to the beauty and wellness industry * Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand collaborations * Coordinate with salon staff and stylists to organise content shoots and ensure smooth execution * Build relationships with micro‑influencers, content creators and local communities for marketing opportunities * Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels * Support the creation of marketing materials such as posters, promotional graphics and email campaigns when required Were Looking For Someone Who * Has experience in social media marketing or digital marketing * Is creative with strong content planning and storytelling skills * Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends * Has basic photography/videography and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc. is a bonus) * Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently J-18808-Ljbffr
