Job description
Start date: ASAP Contract Duration: 11-months Pay rate: 70k - 75k hourly equivalent Working Hours: 40 p/w Location: London, hybrid We’re seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Marketing & Loyalty) to join a fast-growing Grocery & Retail business on an 11‑month maternity cover contract. Responsibilities * Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive business growth. * Own customer communications across email, push notifications and in-app channels. * Lead go‑to‑market activity for new partnerships and commercial initiatives. * Deliver customer loyalty and retention programmes. * Use data and customer insights to improve campaign performance and customer experience. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives. About You * Proven experience in marketing, growth, CRM, loyalty or commercial strategy. * Strong stakeholder management and project management skills. * Data‑driven with the ability to turn insights into action. * Excellent communicator with experience working across multiple teams. * Experience in retail, eCommerce, marketplaces or consumer‑focused businesses is advantageous.
