Are you an organised, hands-on logistics professional with an HGV licence? We're looking for a proactive Yard Logistics Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy TopUsed vehicle yard. This is a key operational role where you'll ensure the smooth, safe and efficient movement, preparation and presentation of used commercial vehicles. You'll work closely with our Sales, Workshop and Operations teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handover, while maintaining exceptional yard organisation and high health and safety standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organisational skills, and take pride in delivering high standards, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day organisation and operation of the TopUsed vehicle yard. Complete vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain effective yard organisation, vehicle traceability and space management. Control vehicle keys and coordinate customer handovers. Liaise with workshop teams and external valeting providers to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready within agreed timescales. Drive and move commercial vehicles safely around the site in accordance with licence requirements and site procedures. Refuel vehicles where required, following all health and safety procedures.
