Support the Manager with visits, showing potential residents and their families and friends around the Home, as required, and discussing the philosophy of care and the activities of daily living skills.

Ensure that all record keeping required by the CQC and other governing bodies are consistent with legislation and maintained.

Ensure that the Company Complaints Procedure is understood, publicised and applied in a way that allows residents to have their complaints dealt with in an open and honest way without fear of victimisation.

Report immediately to the Manager, or the Person in Charge, any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by a Client, colleague, self or another.

As directed by the Manager, or in their absence, investigate any complaints or adult protection concerns raised by residents or relatives and report them as appropriate.
