About the Role

As a Brickwork Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:

• Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Brickwork programmes from Level 1 to Level 2,
• Plan and prepare learning activities that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements,
• Support learners in developing practical brickwork skills, technical knowledge, and industry awareness,
• Contribute to the delivery and development of apprenticeship provision, including the Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard,
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement,
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment within workshop and classroom settings.
