Job Role: Cleaning Supervisor
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 18:00-21:00 - 15 hours per week
Pay: 13.49 per hour
Location: Victoria Square House Birmingham B2 4AJ
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our established cleaning team based at Victoria Square House Birmingham.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations while supporting and motivating the cleaning team to maintain the highest standards across the site.
You will be responsible for ensuring cleaning operations run smoothly supervising and supporting staff conducting quality inspections and maintaining excellent standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a cleaning or facilities environment excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing people and maintaining standards.

Required Skills:
Proven experience within a cleaning facilities or soft services environment. Previous experience in a supervisory team leader or senior cleaning role. Strong understanding of cleaning methods standards and best practices. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH requirements. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to motivate support and develop a team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several buildings. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach. Reliable punctual and able to work independently. High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards.
