The role:
As an OD Delivery Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
Partnering with business leaders and People teams to shapeorganisationand workforce transformation initiatives.
Supporting workforce planning and talent strategies that align with long-term business priorities.
Assessingorganisationalcapability needs and developing plans to address skill and capacity gaps.
Identifyingpeople-related risks,dependenciesand impacts across transformationprogrammes.
Enabling workforce transition activities, including role clarity,reskillingand redeployment planning.
Driving continuous improvement inorganisationdevelopmentdelivery and transformation governance.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Degree inOrganisationDevelopment, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience deliveringorganisationdevelopment initiatives within large transformationprogrammes.
Knowledge of strategic workforce planning,organisationaldesignand capability assessment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across complex environments.
Ability toidentify, assess and managepeoplerisks andorganisationalinterdependencies.
Confidence working in global, matrixedorganisationswith multiple stakeholders.
Strong judgement, emotionalintelligenceand the ability to simplify complex challenges.
