Our client is a popular hotel with an excellent reputation in the Retford area. They are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to come on board and lead their bistro operation & brigade of 5. This establishment prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local produce
The Head Chef role will oversee the Bistro operation No banqueting
The ideal candidate will ideally have a solid fresh food background
All food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
