Hertfordshire | £39,600 | Permanent | 45 Hours Per Week
Join a High-Volume, Multi-Faceted Hospitality OperationWe're recruiting for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the culinary team at one of Hertfordshire's leading hospitality destinations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-volume, multi-faceted operation delivering exceptional food across premium visitor dining, retail food concepts, hospitality and large-scale events. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a talented brigade producing high-quality desserts, artisan pastries and bakery items using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in leading the pastry kitchen, developing seasonal menus and maintaining exceptional standards across multiple outlets.
