· Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.

· Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.

· Experience working to deadlines in a busy operational environment.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.

· Understanding of Awaab's Law and its impact on housing providers and customers.

· GCSEs (or equivalent) or relevant demonstrable experience.

Desirable

· Experience within housing, property services, repairs, maintenance, or asset management.

· Knowledge of landlord repair obligations and housing legislation.

· Construction or property maintenance knowledge.
