The Role
At Soho House a Senior Chef de Partie supports the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will be instrumental in preparing cooking and presenting exceptional dishes in line with the clubs food philosophy.
Your main responsibility is to demonstrate technical expertise a strong understanding of kitchen operations and a proactive attitude towards training hygiene and consistency. You will contribute to menu development ensure compliance with allergy procedures and dietary requirements and act as a role model to more junior kitchen staff..
