Description

ABOUT QUANTUMLOOPAI

QuantumLoopAI is one of the UK's fastest-growing healthtech companies. Our AI-powered platform, EMMA, is used by hundreds of organisations across the UK to manage communications, automate workflows and deliver better outcomes through intelligent automation. Backed by leading investors and scaling rapidly ahead of our Series A, we are building the infrastructure that will define the next generation of AI-driven service delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines business analysis with project coordination. You will help translate business requirements into actionable work, support product delivery, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across operations, product delivery and client-facing work in a fast-moving AI startup.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Gather, document and analyse business and user requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • -Support the coordination of product implementations, onboarding and go-lives for new clients.
  • Maintain and update project plans, trackers and status reports, flagging risks and blockers early.
  • Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and work items in Azure DevOps.
  • Liaise between engineering, product and client-facing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Help produce client-facing documentation including release notes, user guides and training materials.
  • Support CRM and ticket management workflows using tools such as HubSpot and Azure DevOps.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across operations and delivery.
  • Attend client calls and internal stand-ups, capturing actions and following up on outcomes.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL

  • 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, project coordination or operations support role (internships and placements count).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management or issue-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or Trello.
  • Comfortable working with data — able to read spreadsheets, spot patterns and summarise findings.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).

DESIRABLE

  • Experience working in a software, SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycles and stakeholder management.
  • Experience producing user-facing documentation, guides or training materials.

LOGISTICS

  • Education: We value skills and experience over formal qualifications.
  • Working arrangements: Fully remote from India, aligned to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).
  • Start date: Flexible.

Benefits

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive package depending on experience
  • Potential share options
  • Professional development including conference attendance and CPD support
  • The opportunity to work across operations, product delivery and client management at one of the UK's fastest-growing healthtech companies
  • Remote working with a collaborative, supportive team
  • Hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle in an AI startup

If you are excited about this role but do not meet every requirement, we would still love to hear from you.

RECRUITMENT SAFETY NOTICE

QuantumLoopAI will never ask candidates for payment or sensitive financial information during the recruitment process. All official communications come from @quantumloopai.com email addresses.
