Training Administrator Location: Scarborough\n
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000, depending on experience\n
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday\n

\n Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail? We're working with a well-established manufacturing business in Scarborough that is looking to recruit a Training Administrator to support its busy People team. This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, offering the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring employee training, compliance and records are maintained to the highest standard.\n

\n Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Coordinate and book internal and external training courses for employees.
    • \n
  • Maintain and update the company's training matrix, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
    • \n
  • Carry out employee vetting and support pre-employment compliance checks.
    • \n
  • Monitor and verify employee clearances, ensuring all mandatory requirements are maintained.
    • \n
  • Update HR and training systems with training records and certification details.
    • \n
  • Liaise with managers and training providers to coordinate training schedules.
    • \n
  • Produce reports on training compliance and upcoming renewal requirements.
    • \n
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider HR and People team.
    • \n
  • Support continuous improvements to training and compliance processes.
    • \n
About You We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in maintaining accurate records.\n

\n Ideally, you'll have:\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, training or compliance.
    • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • \n
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and business systems.
    • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
    • \n
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
    • \n
