Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join a prestigious independent automotive centre in Knutsford, Cheshire. Our client is a leading specialist garage renowned for working with luxury and performance vehicles, offering an excellent platform for career progression within a dynamic and growing environment. As the Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection. You will oversee workshop bookings, quotations, invoicing, and support workshop efficiency. Additionally, you will identify upselling opportunities, contribute to business growth through sales, and support marketing efforts, including content creation for social media platforms.
