A lovely mental health school in Kidlington are on the search for an individual to come in and support their students with social, emotional and mental health needs. The school looking to hire are highly regarded in their area and need an individual who will help support their students during the school day. Responsibilities * Support students during the school day, helping them process emotions and find healthy coping strategies. * Facilitate the use of a specialised therapy throughout the school day and receive full training. * Assist students with daily needs in the classroom. * Be a pillar of support for children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and childhood trauma. * Collaborate closely with experienced staff to provide personalized assistance to each child. Qualifications * Graduates, or individuals with backgrounds in sports, art or drama, are encouraged to apply. * Demonstrated interest in mental health, psychology or education. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
