\nService Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Housekeeper to join a welcoming team based at a Housing Association client in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced cleaners or housekeepers looking for a flexible part-time role that supports a healthy work-life balance.\n

\nWorking within a residential accommodation setting, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality housekeeping service, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all occupants.\n

Working Hours\n
\nThe standard working pattern is:\n
    \n
  • Monday: 10:00am – 1:30pm
    • \n
  • Tuesday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
    • \n
  • Wednesday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
    • \n
  • Thursday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
    • \n
  • Friday: 10:00am – 1:30pm
    • \n
\n
Flexible working can be considered, for example 11:00am – 2:30pm, making this an ideal opportunity for parents, carers, or those seeking a role around other commitments.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
\n
    \n
  • Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning duties to a consistently high standard.
    • \n
  • Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the accommodation.
    • \n
  • Complete scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, bed cleaning and carpet care.
    • \n
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products in accordance with health and safety procedures.
    • \n
  • Store cleaning materials correctly and ensure waste is disposed of safely.
    • \n
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service, responding courteously to occupant enquiries.
    • \n
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety at all times.
    • \n
Essential Requirements\n

    \n
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
    • \n
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills.
    • \n
  • Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
    • \n
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
    • \n
Desirable Skills\n

    \n
  • Experience within residential, healthcare or supported accommodation environments.
    • \n
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
    • \n
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle with business insurance (preferred but not essential).
    • \n
  • Willingness to work across multiple sites if required.
    • \n
