Job description
Qualified Nursery Practitioner Required We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join friendly and supportive nursery teams across Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children. The successful candidate will hold a relevant childcare qualification and have a genuine passion for supporting children to learn, develop and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Providing outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). * Planning and delivering engaging activities that support childrens learning and development. * Observing, assessing, and recording childrens progress. * Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues. * Acting as a key person for a group of children. * Promoting childrens wellbeing, safety and individual needs. * Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times. * Supporting the nurserys vision, values and commitment to excellence. Essential Requirements * Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent recognised childcare qualification). * Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework. * Previous experience working in an early years setting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach. * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
