Job description
Nursery – Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery Salary– £28,080 - £34,340.80 per annum (dependent on qualification(s) and experience) Location– Winchester Are you looking to work for an organisation whose culture is driven by our HEART principles – Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork? We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Winchester Day Nursery. Our Winchester nursery is Ofsted Rated Outstanding and is a 75 place nursery. It has easy access off of Junction 9 on M3 and is a 10 minute walking distance from Winchester train station and 5 minutes from the bus station. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning. What we’re looking for * Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification * Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments * Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) * Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection * Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers Bright Horizons is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
