The RoleAs Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact between residents, the client and site teams, ensuring clear communication throughout planned maintenance works. Working closely with residents, site managers, operatives and client representatives, you will help minimise disruption, resolve resident queries and maintain excellent customer satisfaction while ensuring works are completed efficiently.
