This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, maintaining management systems and working across multiple departments to ensure compliance, quality and continuous improvement. What you'll be doing * Maintaining and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS) * Coordinating and supporting internal and external ISO audits * Managing company documentation and document control * Producing reports and management information * Monitoring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards * Assisting with Health & Safety and Environmental Management activities * Carrying out risk assessments, COSHH and DSE assessments * Supporting supplier approval processes and customer audits * Monitoring legislation and advising management of changes * Investigating non-conformances and supporting corrective actions * Developing training documentation and maintaining compliance records We're looking for someone who has: * Experience working with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) * Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 * Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills * Experience coordinating audits and compliance activities * Excellent organisational and administrative skill It would also be advantageous if yo...
