Our client is an independent charity based in Bristol and they are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Workshop Manager to deliver their Employment and Skills programme workshops for young people aged 16 - 25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
We're helping a Bristol based charity who work across the West of England to tackle inequality of opportunity for young people. They connect local businesses with schools and young people to raise aspiration, improve attainment, and help every child develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience planning and delivering engaging workshops, can build positive relationships with young people facing barriers to progression and is passionate about helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for employment.
Alongside workshop delivery, you will support the collection of programme impact data on the organisation's secondary school career mentoring programme and contribute to reporting for their business partners. You will work closely with existing members of the team, including ...
