Our client Northamptonshire Police are seeking a Culture Change and Inclusion Manager to lead transformative initiatives across Northamptonshire Police and NFRS. Purpose of the Role: As the Culture Change and Inclusion Manager, you will spearhead the successful implementation of cultural change activities, ensuring that the organisation meets its statutory obligations and fosters an inclusive workplace. Your contributions will be instrumental in developing and delivering effective DEI strategies, driving measurable improvements in workforce culture. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across Northants Police and NFRS to advise and implement cultural change projects. Develop and present evidence-based business cases to strategic audiences. Work with the cultural change team to gather insights and create impactful initiatives.
