\n As a Community Nurse, you'll care for adults in their own homes across Norfolk, managing a realistic caseload where you're given the time, autonomy and clinical support to provide the level of care every nurse wants to deliver.\n

What's on Offer?

  • Salary up to £39,000 DOE

  • Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance plus mileage

The Role\n
\n
\nYou'll work independently while being fully supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality nursing care to adults within their own homes.\n
\n
\n You'll be responsible for:\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Completing holistic clinical assessments and developing personalised care plans
    • \n
  • Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment
    • \n
  • Monitoring patients, evaluating outcomes and responding to changing clinical needs
    • \n
  • Educating and supporting patients, families and carers
    • \n
  • Working collaboratively with GPs, community services and multidisciplinary teams
    • \n
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical governance
    • \n

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
    • \n
  • Experienced in adult nursing within a hospital or community setting
    • \n
  • Confident working autonomously while knowing when to seek support

  • A full UK driving licence holder
    • \n
