Thisrole willsupportthe delivery of audio-visualmaterial, scripts,metadataand artworkforacquiredtitles forlinear FNG channels andsubsequentexploitation onDisney+.
This willinvolveclose communication with various distributors, especially where Disney is rejecting materials which they do not match Disney specs.

Trackmaterial delivery foracquiredtitlesfrom 3rdparty distributorsfor linear channels and for Disney+into The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) London. This material will cover a mixture of the below in both English and other languages:

Artwork
Handle QC rejections and remediation processdirectly with these distributors.
Update internal colleagueswith regular status reports on the progress ofdeliveriesas well as flagging up any issuesor blockersin a timely manner.
Track metrics for theon timedeliveries and right thefirst timedeliveries.
Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members ofEMEAContent Operations.
Develop andmaintainstrong working relationships with internal and external parties.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
Experience, Qualifications and People Management experience
Required:
This is primarily an operationalrolebut the candidate will be expected to understand technical specs acrossdifferent typesof media
Extensive experience withapplications such asMicrosoft Office, Google sheets, Smartsheet
Experience in asset management databases.
Excellent project management skills and experienceessential.
Desirable:
Understanding of localization and mastering processes.
Experience of file-based and HD technology, newmediaand electronic file delivery.
Experience withdifferentsound and video formats/components.
Understanding of QC processesfor AudioVisualfiles.
