The company delivers projects across social housing, residential developments and new-build properties. With several new schemes starting shortly, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and help build and develop its solar installation team. The successful candidate will be a practical, hands-on installer who can lead projects on site, maintain high installation standards and support less experienced members of the team. Responsibilities * Lead domestic solar PV and battery storage installations * Manage installation teams and daily site activity * Complete installations safely, efficiently and to a high standard * Carry out electrical installation, testing and commissioning * Ensure work complies with MCS requirements and current regulations * Review site information and identify potential installation issues * Liaise with project managers, clients and residents * Complete installation documentation and certification * Support the recruitment, training and development of installati...
