Role Purpose: Join the bar team at Sky Garden and be part of one of London's most stunning rooftop destinations the 2 AA Rosette restaurant Fenchurch, where creativity, energy and exceptional service come together. This is the perfect role for a passionate Bartender looking to develop their skills, elevate guest experiences and showcase their craft in a premium hospitality environment.What you will be doingPreparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standardsDelivering exceptional service while creating memorable experiences for guestsSharing product knowledge and making recommendations to enhance the guest experienceMaintaining smooth and efficient bar operations during busy service periodsWhat we are looking forPrevious bartending experience within a busy hospitality environment is essentialStrong cocktail knowledge with a passion for quality and guest serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standardsGood to knowThis is a full-time opportunity offering up to 15.71 per hour plus a paid meal allowance.
