Building Manager Build to Rent (BTR) Developer Office & Site Based Up to £55,000 Basic Are you an experienced Building Manager looking to join a growing Build to Rent developer where you can play a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience for residents? Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a flagship residential development. This is a varied role combining building operations, compliance, tenant management and contractor supervision, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both operational and customer-facing responsibilities. The Role Reporting into the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the development, maintaining high standards across the building whilst delivering an outstanding resident experience. Key responsibilities include: * Managing the day-to-day operations of the development. * Acting as the main point of contact for residents and dealing with tenant queries and escalations. * Building strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Managing contractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard. * Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance programmes. * Carrying out regular building inspections and ensuring communal areas are...
