This role offers excellent long-term stability and a modern hybrid working model, requiring just one day per week at either our Bristol or Yeovil facility. As a pivotal member of the engineering assurance team, you will drive safety compliance, develop robust safety arguments, and ensure that complex systems satisfy rigorous regulatory and military standards. Key Responsibilities Safety Case Development: Lead the creation, maintenance, and maturation of complex System Safety Cases and safety arguments. Risk Management: Perform comprehensive Safety Risk Management tasks, including Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard Analysis, and risk mitigation tracking. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all engineering activities strictly align with military safety standards and customer requirements.
