Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & CRM Management
Maintain the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the Salesforce CRM database.
Develop, maintain and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports and analytics.
Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve CRM governance.
Identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality, workflows and automation.
Provide user support, guidance and training on Salesforce best practices.
Sales Intelligence & Reporting
Analyse sales pipeline performance, forecasts, conversion rates and key KPIs.
Produce regular sales reports, dashboards and management information.
Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends and market performance to identify opportunities.
Support territory planning, customer segmentation and sales target setting.
Evaluate dealer and distributor performance through data analysis.
