Junior Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic – VAG Specialist (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 secure basic salary + productivity bonuses (£45,000 realistic OTE)

Hours: Monday – Friday only, standard workshop hours. Absolutely Zero Weekends!

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine servicing, brake replacements, suspension work, and fundamental mechanical repairs to clean manufacturer standards.
• Assisting senior workshop members with advanced diagnostic routines and specialized VAG platform software.
• Completing repairs right the first time while keeping a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment.
• Actively engaging with the manufacturer academy to level up your credentials, skills, and future basic salary.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic inside a workshop, independent garage, or fast-fit center.
• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Skills: Confident with fundamental mechanical repairs, routine servicing, and a strong desire to learn advanced vehicle diagnostics.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
