Your new role Internal Auditor / Quality & Compliance Officer - Salary: Circa £45,000 + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and analytical professional to join a growing organisation in a newly created role. Due to continued expansion, the organisation is seeking an independent and commercially minded individual to review services, identify improvements, and drive best practice across the business. The Role Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers, you will spend the first 6-12 months conducting a detailed review of services, processes and procedures across the organisation. Initially focusing on Mental Health and Supported Housing services, you will gather feedback from service users, analyse operational data, evaluate existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires someone who can challenge constructively, ask insightful questions and provide objective recommendations that enhance service delivery, compliance and operational effectiveness.
