The Opportunity You'll work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, advising commercial clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Your work will include: Employment Tribunal litigation. Strategic employment law advice. Restructuring and redundancy projects. Senior-level grievances, discrimination and whistleblowing matters. Executive recruitment, exits and restrictive covenant issues. Cross-border employment matters. Employment support on corporate transactions and outsourcing projects. High Court litigation (where applicable). International workforce management and business change projects. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the firm's UK and international offices, gaining exposure to complex multi-jurisdictional matters while developing specialist expertise within a market-leading team. About You We're keen to speak with solicitors who have: 1-3 years' PQE in Employment Law within a commercial practice. Strong technical knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Experience advising clients on Employment Tribunal matters. Exposure to restructuring, redundancy and senior employee relations issues. Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills. A commercial approach and the ability to deliver practical, business-focused advice. Strong academics and a genuine desire to develop within a leading Employment practice. Experience of High Court litigation, cross-border employment work, M&A support or outsourcing projects would be advantageous but is not essential. What's on Offer?
