The Kitchen

Working with exceptional seasonal produce, the team combines traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary creativity to produce dishes that showcase balance, purity and flavour in every detail.

The Role - Chef de Partie (Hot Section)

MA/NA is seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade.

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of one of the most important sections in the kitchen, preparing and executing dishes with consistency, precision and exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and wider brigade, the Chef de Partie will ensure every dish leaving the pass reflects the quality and philosophy of MA/NA.

This role is ideal for a passionate Chef de Partie who thrives in a high-performance kitchen, enjoys working with premium ingredients and takes pride in delivering beautifully executed food during every service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up, within a premium restaurant or fine dining environment
• Strong experience working on a hot section, confidently managing service under pressure
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and a desire to learn advanced techniques
• Excellent cooking skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Calm, organised and professional during busy services
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
