Taking operational charge of a modern central London campus, you will lead internal maintenance staff, oversee daily cleaning/security routines, coordinate sub-contractor works, and manage building management system (BMS) controls. A central responsibility will be managing rigorous statutory compliance logs—including fire safety systems, emergency lighting diagnostics, water hygiene/Legionella controls, and physical site access protocols.
