Full-Time or Part-Time Biology Teacher
You will be joining a thriving Science department with a strong reputation for delivering engaging, practical lessons that inspire students to develop a genuine interest in Biology. The department works collaboratively to create an ambitious curriculum that equips students with the scientific knowledge and investigative skills needed for further study and future careers.
The successful candidate will teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level Biology. Lessons cover a broad range of topics including genetics, ecology, human physiology, microbiology and evolution, with students regularly undertaking practical investigations that develop analytical thinking and scientific enquiry.
The Science department is exceptionally well resourced, benefiting from modern laboratories, specialist equipment and excellent technician support. Teachers are encouraged to deliver innovative lessons that bring scientific concepts to life while supporting students of all abilities to achieve their very best.
