End of Tenancy Cleaning Technician

We're looking for experienced cleaning professionals to carry out detailed end-of-tenancy cleans for residential properties in your local area.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional results and can work confidently without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full end-of-tenancy cleaning from top to bottom

• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas

• Clean cupboards, appliances, internal doors, frames, and skirting boards

• Wipe down internal windows, blinds, and high-touch surfaces

• Ensure properties are ready for landlord inspections and incoming tenants

What You'll Receive

• Flexible part-time cleaning assignments

• Local work offered as bookings become available

• Most jobs last between 4 and 8 hours

• Weekday work with additional weekend opportunities

• Full cleaning instructions before every assignment

Pay

• £15 per hour

• £18 per completed job for the use of your own cleaning equipment and products

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (excluding street parking)

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards

• Must supply your own cleaning equipment and products

• Must have your own reliable vehicle (Uber, taxis, and public transport are not suitable)
