Your new role As Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, providing strategic leadership from pre-construction through to directly into the senior management team, you will oversee project performance, mentor site-based teams and act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and supply chain partners. This role requires an individual who can balance operational excellence with strong commercial awareness, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by both the business and its managing programmes, budgets and resources, you will be instrumental in driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
