Join Melody Care Aldershot as a Field Care Supervisor

At Melody Care Aldershot, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional leadership. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role bridging our office and community teams, fostering seamless communication, and elevating the quality of care we provide. This is more than a supervisory position; it's an opportunity to empower our dedicated care professionals and ensure every client receives compassionate, person-centred support.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspiring Leadership: Mentor, support, and supervise our care team, conducting regular 1-1s and fostering continuous professional development.
  • Excellence in Care Delivery: Conduct comprehensive service user assessments, develop and implement personalised care plans, and ensure meticulous risk assessments. You'll lead initial client introductions and facilitate complex care arrangements.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of care, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and company policies. Conduct audits, manage safeguarding concerns, and report findings to the Registered Manager.
  • Operational Harmony: Collaborate with the Care Coordinator on rotas, provide essential field-based training, and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders. You'll also participate in our out-of-hours service on a rota basis.

About The Role

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous Senior Carer or Supervisor experience (in the Social Care Sector only).
  • Proven track record of people management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
  • A focused approach to policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience in staff training.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate staff.
  • Good standard of general education.
  • NVQ, QCF, or RQF Level III or equivalent in Health & Social Care.
  • A full, clean UK driving license and use of own car.

Required Criteria
