You are the operational engine on the floor, stepping in to support the team during peak times, running detailed quality checks, and keeping morale high.

We trust you to handle : * *Hands-On Leadership : * Working alongside Room Attendants, delivering clear shift briefings, and allocating tasks to ensure workloads are balanced and achievable. * *Quality Control : * Conducting detailed room inspections before releasing them to guests, providing real-time feedback, and correcting any issues immediately. * *Commercial Hustle : * Controlling linen distribution and stock supplies to prevent waste, alongside monitoring team productivity against time targets. * *Communication : * Keeping the property management system updated accurately, communicating room statuses, and escalating any operational challenges swiftly. * *Shift Safety : * Ensuring everyone follows health, safety, and COSHH procedures, and reporting any hazards or faults immediately. *How We Succeed Together* We do not micromanage.
