They have just secured a high-profile, complex commercial office refurbishment in Plymouth and require an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to drive the day-to-day delivery on-site immediately. The Role & Project This is a major "cut and carve" scheme requiring extensive structural modifications, heavy service integration, and a high-spec architectural finish. Working alongside the Project Manager, you will be the driving force on the ground-managing health and safety, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing daily logistics, and ensuring the high-quality execution of complex structural works.
