  • Report progress to the Group Management Team to ensure transparency and alignment with organisational goals.

  • Manage quality control within projects to ensure deliverables meet established standards.

  • Engage in resource management to optimise resource allocation and project execution.

  • Promote a positive message internally and externally to enhance team morale and the company’s reputation.

  • Candidate would need excellent communication skills, representing Ethos as the design team in client meetings.

  • Ability to lead projects and take briefs from the project lead on large projects, delivering and controlling the required tasks.

  • Candidate needs to balance multiple tasks, prioritise, and delegate as appropriate to meet project deadlines.

  • Excellent report writing skills and the ability to explain complex engineering issues in simple and clear language.

  • Good understanding of HVAC and building controls.

  • Experience in the design of plumbing and drainage systems is preferred.

  • Training and professional development of junior and intermediate engineers working as part of the group.

  • Training and mentorship will be provided to develop the right candidate to progress into a lead role within the Data Centre team.
