We're looking for a Deputy General Manager to lead our Glasgow workshop. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a major operation, lead experienced technical teams and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to some of the UK's best-known fleet operators.
Zenith provides a full range of services for fleet operators across HGVs, LGVs, LCVs and trailers, including fleet management, maintenance, funding, rental and flexible hire. Our customers include some of the UK's most recognised brands, including Amazon, DPD, Evri, DHL, GXO and Royal Mail Group, who rely on Zenith as a trusted long-term fleet partner.
As Deputy General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of our Glasgow workshop, driving productivity, profitability, customer service and technician performance while maintaining the high standards expected of an authorised IVECO dealership.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the workshop. You'll lead technicians and support teams, ensure exceptional customer service, drive productivity and profitability, and create a culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be a key member of the site leadership team and act as deputy in their absence.
