Head of ComplianceMidlands | Up to £85,000
Goodman Masson are partnering with a leading social housing provider to appoint a Head of Compliance.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing professional to take a lead role in ensuring the organisation’s homes, buildings and services meet all relevant statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements. You will provide strategic leadership across the organisation’s compliance framework, ensuring robust systems, policies and processes are in place to manage key areas of landlord compliance and protect residents, colleagues and the wider organisation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory and legislative requirements affecting social housing and demonstrable experience of leading compliance within a housing environment. You will be confident operating at a senior level, with the ability to influence stakeholders, provide clear assurance and embed a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and ambitious compliance professional to play a key role in shaping and strengthening the organisation’s approach to health, safety and regulatory compliance, while making a meaningful contribution to the delivery of safe, well-managed homes for residents.
