We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bars operations. The idealcandidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-dayoperations of the bar, ensuring high-quality service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our
customers.
DUTIES
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise bar staff, supervisors & duty managers ensuring they provide exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
