Assessor in Property Maintenance/Carpentry 1 year - Fixed-term contract Salary: £34,000 - £44,000 Location: Bromley and surrounding areas This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking college where you'll use your industry expertise to coach, mentor and assess apprentices, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve their apprenticeship and progress to End Point Assessment (EPA). Whether you already hold an Assessor qualification or are looking to work towards one, this role offers ongoing professional development, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to shape future talent within the construction industry. As a Skills Coach / Assessor, you'll manage a caseload of apprentices from enrolment through to successful completion, delivering high-quality coaching, assessment and mentoring both in the workplace and remotely. You'll work closely with employers and internal teams to ensure learners remain on track, complete their mandatory qualifications and successfully progress through Gateway to EPA. . The Role: Coach, mentor and assess apprentices in Property Maintenance and Carpentry. Deliver high-quality learning aligned to apprenticeship standards.
