Key responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining accurate school data, including pupil records, attendance, and assessment information
Producing reports and analysis to support senior leaders, governors, and teaching staff
Supporting examination and assessment data processing
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and school data protection policies
Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies regarding data matters
Supporting administrative and operational systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
Assisting with audits and inspections where data accuracy is required
Providing training or guidance to staff on school data systems as necessary
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in data management, preferably within an educational setting
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrate strong IT skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting software
Be able to produce accurate reports and analysis for staff and leadership
Understand data protection and confidentiality requirements
Be proactive, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
Work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team
