Job Description: HGV Class 2 Driver - DustCart Driver Havering £19.05 per hour plus an attractive Benefits Package Monday to Friday 6am starts 8 hours per shift guaranteed PAYE ONLYThe Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dustcart Driver (HGV Class 2) to join our waste management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles, collecting and transporting waste materials efficiently and safely. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and service. The position involves delivering waste collection services across designated routes, ensuring timely pickups, and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations. Responsibilities Operate dustcart and other commercial vehicles in accordance with road safety laws and company policies. Collect waste materials from various locations, ensuring proper handling and disposal procedures are followed. Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Maintain accurate records of collections, routes, and vehicle maintenance logs. Assist with loading and unloading waste containers as required. Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to schedules.
