As a Registered Branch Nurse, you will be part of a regional team of registered nurses, supporting branches across Lancashire.
\n Working in partnership with the Senior Management Team and branch-based care coordinators, you will lead the provision of nurse-led complex care in the home setting. You'll support carers, clients and families to identify care needs and ensure our teams have the skills required to deliver safe and effective care.We value joined-up care - you will work closely with case managers, commissioners and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, consistent, and holistic care.
