The rate of pay is: - Days £14.68 per hour - Nights £15.68 per hour This is a full-time role, working rotating shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off. Your Time at Work As a Food Production Team Leader, your duties include: - Ensuring that an effective handover is completed with the previous Zone Manager and ensuring all equipment is in good working order and pre-start-up checks are completed at the start of each shift. - Documenting daily toolbox and area equipment checks, checking for cleanliness and damage at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring items are accounted for, ensuring equipment is clean and in a state of readiness to commence preparation. - Providing leadership to operatives in their role in order to achieve maximum output, monitoring performance, ensuring the most effective placement and utilisation of operators throughout the shift, ensuring any issues with staff are addressed immediately and liaising accordingly with the department manager. - Ensuring that the team wear the correct PPE when required, following the colour-coded procedure, maintaining, a...
